Great Harbor Yacht Club

Before the Great Harbor Yacht Club (GHYC) started construction on their two island properties, they had planned to use a large off-island commercial construction company to build-out the entirety of their primary campus.  They changed their mind when they learned that Cottage + Castle had the experience and local connections to build out their first building more quickly and economically than the commercial contractor.

After that first project was delivered on time and on budget, the GHYC contracted with Cottage + Castle for the successful renovation, construction and relocation of another six buildings across its two campuses.
