Originally built in 1723, at the location of Nantucket’s original harbor, Capaum Pond, located on the island’s North Shore, this home was moved to its current location at the crest of Orange Street forty years later, prior to the American Revolution. Nearly 250 years later, Cottage & Castle undertook a careful renovation and restoration of the home, preserving its legacy for many years to come.
